REP(MUS)21

Exercise REP (MUS) 21 took place from 13 to 24 September, with a special focus on Tróia and involved more than 40 entities, including 17 Navy, 15 Research & Development Entities, 1 University (through LSTS) and 8 organizations of NATO.

REP (MUS) 21 stands for Robotic Experimentation and Prototyping Augmented by Maritime Unmanned Systems. The REP (MUS) exercise is an experimentation exercise for Unmanned Maritime Systems. It started in 2010, with a protocol between the Portuguese Navy and the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), which over the years has grown and aroused national and international interest from other entities.

The 2021 edition was co-organized by Marinha Portuguesa, FEUP (through LSTS ), NATO Science and Technology Organization Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation (CMRE) and the NATO Maritime Unmanned Systems Initiative (NATO MUSI).
